| The problem with referencing the George Zimmerman shooting is that there are particulars about the incident that lie in the “Gray Area” as to whether or not deadly force was justified. Plus the media has all the information so muddled that one cannot begin to distinguish any truths in the matter. But, the two cases I referenced are pretty straightforward in suggesting that a dangerous/deadly threat was present.
Normally, I have nothing to say about the Zimmerman case…but since you brought it up I will make one comment on it. The things I have heard from the media seems to suggest that Zimmerman was acting as a vigilante, which the CC law does not permit. I know my instructor repeatedly stated multiple times that vigilantism is never allowed…period.
