I'd keep the agreement you have now. Here's the deal, no matter how much you think you 'make', an employer is keeping track of the total dollars the employee costs them.
Very good point and something I dident even consider. If I ask for the W2, he may try to cut the wage down which is going put me back at square 1. Either way, talking it over can't hurt. |
