NC ND | if the only real issue you have is owing the tax at the end of the year, take a percentage of each pay check and put it in a savings account to pay your taxes at the end of the year. Then get with a real accountant and learn how to deduct things so you don't pay so much. You can also get your own insurance against injury if you choose. You might find out if you want the employer to do this the wage offered is lowered to reflect his added hassle and expense. Or he might just be pocketing the difference and taking advantage of you.
