| David: Your last post does sum up how your employment agreement is being handled. A lot of accurate advice is mentioned here, and yes you are an employee, and need to
be treated as such. I would have a face to face meeting soon with your employer, and discuss this. You sound like a good worker, and I'm thinking you easily find another
partime job with another farmer, and would be treated as such.
I am thinking you would like to have regular income with SS taxes and Inc. tax witheld, as all should, then, the end of the year and tax time does not mean you need to come
