I love peas! But to say one crew heading to one job is probably a lot more significant than the 30 cars behind them is pretty out there. You never know who or what you may be holding up. I have no problem with anyone using the road, all I'd like to see is for people to share it. To use the pea picker example, it wouldn't be hard for them to travel in pairs, with a 1/4 - 1/2 mile space between them. It's much safer to pass something 100 feet at a time than at a 1/4 mile at a time.
