nc ks | So the person on welfare or unemployment that has to go out and ask 3 employers for work goes to the 3 he knows will not hire him so he can continue to sit on his onions at our expense is smart by your standards? Well maybe he is, but society should make him feel like a loser, but it doesn't. I think in some areas our farming society has slipped down a slope to the point where we accept things that we shouldn't accept. Again, if the insurance was a totally private business transaction, this discussion would not be necessary, the farmer and insurance company could do as they please together. PP is far from private and the people paying the most for the transaction have no say and benefit especially if the farmer is encouraged not to plant with no penalty.
