E.Central MN | According to the statements made at a crop ins PP meeting, the farmer is supposed to have enough equipment to get the crop planted if weather allows it. They didn't give any exceptions for a farmer being too busy planting other fields and not getting around to planting a field that could have been planted. Is that unrealistic, perhaps, but they are the ones that set up the rules. | |
