Again, have you thought through the logic of that statement? Seems to me you arre saying that anyone who didn't get all their acres planted didn't really have any weather problems, they just farm too many acres. I have two questions: 1) By whose standards do they farm too many acres? 2) How could ANYONE qualify for PP under your logic? | |
