Had the alternator seize up on my old Bronco off-roading in northern Wisconsin and destroy the drive belts. After some head scratching someone in the group said they had some heavy duty zip ties so we zipped a couple together to keep the water pump turning. A couple miles out of the trail we were on and 10 miles back to town and it made it!
