What are some of the craziest fixes you've come up with?

We just did a fun one tonight.....  I had som Lexan acrylics from Tanning beds for a while and thye come in handy once in a while.  Yesterday a friend was saying how the plastic moldboard on his pickup had cracked and a chunk was missing.

We cut the tanning bed skin on the table saw, laid it in and it fit pretty dang good, for a rounded piece it didn't take much to get it to conform to the curve.... It would've been a real challenge to get a flat piece to conform.

The guy left and was very happy to blade 5 inches of fresh powder we had today... sorry no pics on this one...
