Saskatchewan, big whitetail country!!! | So it looks like its a toss up between population/pressure on land which makes for high land prices, but poor urbanized neighbors, or else in my case, where there is no non-farming population, low land prices, no population putting pressure on land prices, and not a soul around to complain of noise. I have a fair bit ofland with no roads to it, no neighbors for miles, and certainly no city folks. LOL just elk, moose, bears, deer, and me, so I find these stories very entertaining. Thank you for sharing. Man its different down there. No wonder all my american hunting friends love it up here... On the other hand, if we had high land values like you, I'd be able to cash in nicely.LOL |
