They can be a total PIA's.

Will use ANY open area as thier playground. Kids will be "exploring" every building within 10 mi. Will ride horses,dirt bikes,4 wheelers over crops, worked fields, "oh we didn't think you would mind, it's not doing any harm". Will allow thier dogs to chase your livestock all day & night & get mad if you even yell at thier 'fluffy", say nothing of shooting them. Allow thier garbage to blow all over LL, but 0000 if dust from your field blows.  Dump thier lawn clippings over the fence/boundry's "oh we figgured it would help your crop".  0000 about any activety that makes noise, or if the lights shine into thier windows.  0000 about mud on the road. Complain about irrigation ditchs, flood out your crop, or get it wet right where you need to pull a ditch. Steal your water right after you set it. Dump garbage in ditches causing thier culvert to plug & then blaming you for flooding thier basement.
