It’s easier for him to sit on the sideline and throw rocks and complain instead of getting involved.
It’s easy to see who is involved and engaged vs those that like to sit and complain. Doesn’t mean every board is perfect. But, until you have sat at the table, maybe reserve judgement on what you “see” and “hear”.
