Sounds like you better run for it then to fix it.

I hate most sponsorships, I think I actually kill brain cells off when I have to hear about sports and especially motor sports, I hate them so much but on the other hand they are supposed to promote the product and that's what they are doing with that massive budget (lots of bushels of corn in Iowa).

I would hope they are also using some of those dollars to fund University research as well, that was where a good portion of the WI soybean board money is spent on as well as looking into getting a soy crush plant built within the state to try to help with our crappy basis.

When I served my term was it run exactly how I would run it? No, but I didn't a see a ton of frivolous spending either.

$500K for a director might be a little excessive, but with a budget that size I wouldn't want to be paying a person $50K a year to run it either.
