I think that’s the biggest thing is making sure there are a couple people committed to taking a beef. It’s hard just to cut up a quarter out of a live animal
This is where we are. We give the customer a total and they pay us. They do not have to pay the processor. We also deliver within 50 miles if the customer wants us to. |
