WCIN | Been at $2.50 lb hanging weight for past 3 yrs. not one complaint, customers seem very happy especially with the current price of store beef.
I want to own it till it’s on the rail, I’m in the business of selling beef not cattle. My processor likes cattle dropped off the night before so they can be there when he’s ready. There could be a problem, gates get opened, one keels over dead, it can happened. I want no question on ownership.
