Spot on, theres a guy locally selling freezer beef for $1.90 hanging weight and not holsteins/jerseys etc. really nice simmy cross calves. Cash fats at the sale barn around here have been going for 1.23 for thr plain looking stuff nothing fancy even after commission the guy would still make more money. And get a check in the mail a few days later, not tracking down people after a month of not paying... |
