Then they started producing throw back Mt Dew, been on that kick up till January when sugar hit 385. stopped and went to lemon water and 174 as of this morning. but it a struggle when I'm on the road be that semi or pickup for long trips so nuts and coffee, and lots of water which fills you up and less food intake so far win/win lost 6 inches around my waist and 20 lbs. so going the right way. |
