Southern Ontario | Interesting new information in that video.
Unless I am wrong, and tell me if I am.....
He seems to be saying that once you are fat adapted, you do not need to go out seeking extra fat or maintain a certain gram level or ratio of fat in your diet.
He says that higher dietary fat consumption, after being fat adapted, will only slow your body burning its own fat inventory for energy.
So after fat adaption, maybe the goal is not maintaining a LCHF diet, but rather just a low carb, adequate protein diet?
A few questions.....
How do you know if you are fat adapted?
How long does it take to get to that state?
How easy is it to fall out of fat adapted state?
Where am I mistaken?
