West Central IL | They said mine has extensive stones. Said I could leave it in but more than likely risk being in the emergency room at a later date getting it out. I remember my maternal Grandma had gall stones when I was little. Might be a little bit of heredity, but may have just been my diet over the years. I'm not sure what causes them. I always had a lot of dairy growing up. Probably that with the combination of fried foods is what got mine. A lot of food brought out to me when we're in the fields ends up being something from a local diner, 9 times out of 10 it was fried. I try to make that my meal of the day and not eat much for breakfast or supper now a days, but wasn't always that way. If I eat a 2nd meal I try to keep it carb free as I can. At home now I don't eat near as much fried food. Use the oven a lot more now. |
