Not saying that is what it is but diebetics call it flushing. A stop at Dairy Queen in years past meant it better be no longer than 15 minutes before we arrived home.
Have you checked your blood sugar levels after drinking the milk. A bowl of cereal with milk (shreaded wheat with no sugar) would put my blood glucose through the roof.
Eggs and bacon don't even budge it.
