The digestion issues with a failed gall bladder full of stones sounds like what I'm going through.  Sometimes diarrhea, sometimes not.  Only thing missing is that I've never been a low fat eater.  In the last month it's gotten worse, hopefully removal Monday resolves some of my issues.  If I drink a glass of whole milk I better have a toilet nearby, A few months ago that never bothered me.
