I appreciate your post. I have never regretted buying a piece of land! Land values need to be high! If an acre of ag land ever gets to where it pays for itself in a short period of time it will bring competition from people that do not need to be in this business! Land is one of the surest sources of sustainability in this country and it should be priced accordingly. Just some of my ramblings this morning!
