Interest is way cheaper
While the rate is cheaper, I’d venture to guess guys are still paying as much or more overall interest per acre than at the peak, especially if they’ve bought some land and financed it in the last 7-8 years.
Agree , the $3k land @10% had same interest as $10k land today @3% but the other $7k an acre has to come from after tax $$$
