I’ve heard people talk the 80’s and show charts about why it will happen again my whole life. When land was:
3000,4000,5000,6000,7000,8000,9000,10000,110000,12,000..........and I’m sure when it gets to $20,000 at some point in time there will be the same talk. Good luck to all trying to figure it all out by looking at charts.
