Corn was four dollars in 79 and again in 83 Coup, the target price was 3.03 I believe 140 bu @ 3.03 is like $424.0 an acre with 125 for variable expense that left $300. For ground looks like about 10X earnings to me if you want to use 100 dollar rent as your measure you could call it 30X earnings. Paying tax on all that principle is a killer today.
