not trying to be rude, but i don't se how that is possible... i would ask your bank expert what 7.5% of 17trillion dollars is, and see if he still agrees with that statement...

EDIT: in 5 years, assuming a current budget deficit of 600 trillion, it will be 20, not 17. Will the US miraculously somehow collect another 80% more tax revenues to account for it?
