No, and some states differ on what they define as a bar if there is a law pertaining to that.
However, federal law and most state laws prohibit being "legally intoxicated" while in direct possession of a firearm. Most states would define this as .08, but I wouldn't want to argue with a cop about it if it was just one beer.
