start the process by handing him a IRS from W4, which by letting him know the number of excemptions, tells him how much Fed Inc. Tax to withhold monthly, which then forces him to also withhold 50% of the SS tax and pay the other 50%---which then he needs to report via W2 to you and various forms like 943 etc to IRS.......
