IL | SDFarmboy- My employment agreement is as follows: I work whenever employer calls me(like said before I average 30 hrs a week). I keep track of my hours and turn them in for payment every month. Under my original agreement I was under the impression that I was working for cash until I received a 1099 form at the end of my first year working for him(unexpected since he wasent clear about this). Like you mention, I would do anything to have the taxes withheld each paycheck rather then owing thousands at the end of the year. | |
