nc ks | Sorry if I seem over the top, just kind of hit a nerve on all the money the Feds spend and for too long we haven't cared and often actively participate. I assume in some areas, not taking PP would put you at a disadvantage to your neighbors and so you have to do what you have to do.
PP should affect your APH. Anytime the government gets involved in something they end up penalizing the people that try the hardest. | |
