I'm frankly surprised at the numbers responding that they don't carry any insurance. I've carried CRC or RA from day one and while I have seldom collected on a yield loss except one exceptionally dry year, the replant and prevented planting coverages have been a godsend in the last few years. I've only had a couple of years in the last fifteen that I had to write a check for the full premium.
is there anyone who does not carry crop insurance?
