This has been a tough year around here. I don’t measure my year with dollar bills, but with how things went down on the farm. (Dollar bills are important part of it too, but not my focus I guess.)
Weather has beat me down for three years now, had a 3 week rain period as well documented where I didn’t get anything done but look out the window when it should be the busiest part of summer, made for a year of -nothing- getting done and working very hard to catch up to only be behind a little.
Pretty much a backwards year, where I was hoping to accomplish few forward things.
Throw in the ag economy too, and there just isn’t anything real postive about this year.
Gets to be a long haul.
Looking forward to next year tho, can’t wait to finish up this season. Not quite hanging up the cleats yet. :)
