East Central Indiana | I believe your area is big into poultry correct?
Maybe turkey barns another avenue to explore for diversification?
Much less initial investment. I’d suggest if you explore that spend some time in some barns.
I put up barns 3 years ago and don’t make much money now but in the future they will produce a nice return.
I won’t make as much as my buddies with hog confinement’s. But poultry little is easy to move and easy to sell if you don’t have the acres to spread it. No gates to weld and or replace. No shots to give.
It’s not all roses but it fits really well for us. I plan to expand in a few years of the opportunity arises | |
