I know it isn't "farming", but it's tough to beat the roi on owning and operating a stump grinder. Or if you're really daring, a tree removal and trimming service. Doesn't cost a lot to get in to if you can do some wrenching on older cheaper equipment. Works around farming schedule pretty well for the most part. Good luck!
