Definitely different tastes with different sources. Clear white clover demands higher prices wholesale, yet on a consumer level taste may have more influence.
Monocrops of sorghum is very much different from orange, cranberry, etc. Time of season makes for variation too (whats blooming now).
How much do you get paid for bee hives to sit on your property?
