that's right. if we don't buy their oil, they have nothing to sell and that is why I don't see them slowing up and letting crude get to a price where we start pumping it here domestically in a BIG way and shut them out. that is why I think this is long term. only way their economy isn't left behind. hell, farmers here are doing the same thing, full production no matter where it drives price so we shouldn't complain about the prices we are inflicting on ourselves. I tried to do my part last year, many acres of prevent plant .. too wet, market said to not plant and there was an open door to accomplish that..... business decision . no regrets
