Subject: RE: Rent Trouble

no welfare payments on this farm!!!!!!!!
i read the post to complain about paying $225 per ac for ground that yields 200bpa corn and 65 bpa beans. i am sorry but when somone calls 200bph ground 200 bph that means a aph of 200 not a once every 30 years hits 200 bph. either way i can make 200 bu corn work at 225 rent on three year contracts in north carolina so that is why i posted that it should work. I am confused why ground rents for 75 per ac and then there is ground that produces 200 bpa. I have 700 soil tests on file from north carolina and they dont differ that much but what do i know. good luck
