Subject: RE: Rent Trouble

St. Paul, NE
Well i can tell you that Im as professional tenant that there is. Theres some strawberry guys around here that rape and pillage the land and ppl cant rent them enough. theyve tied up all the bottom land and then leave it in shambles for the most part. Im 90%no-till farm, with a masters in Agronomy. I have the soil and the lands vested interst at heart. All of my land lords are extremly happy. I even offer referances for ALL my landlord.
Im the largest in my area, so theres also alotta jealousy, beef cattle prices are HIGH, and alotta people have a case of the red A$$ because of the way the land was treated during the tobacco days. People dont understand the concept of no till, its foriegn to them.

. Here is an ad i just ran in the local paper.
Looking for land to Plant Grains on.Larger tracts 20+ac. Doesnt need to be flat ground. I pay well above the average per acre for good land and lease. Almost all no till, sod based rotations. Corn, wheat, soybeans, etc.
We run all modern equipment and take care of the land like professionals.
