avg rent here on cropland $75 or less an acre most ppl are only paying $50. Christmas tree land rents for $200 an acre. Strawberry land rents for $300-500 an acre. Like WJK said not alot of huge tracts. but they are out there. Im backing up and punting. Going to rent some more 5-20 acre parcels, trying to build up a better relationship.
