If you are the largest in your area, focus on doing better on what you have. If you are the best of the best the ground should fall right into your lap.
I was thinking something similar, but I will add if you are the largest in the area and everyone else is surviving, why do you need more, you already are well ahead of the curve for land in the area and equipment based on what you said. Be happy with what you have, and if someone asks you to rent land great, if not then that is the way it goes. Keep putting out adds and something may come to you. I will ad that I was turned off a little by your add saying 20+ acres. What is wrong with farming 10-10 acre fields if they are not far from the operation. |
