no welfare payments on this farm!!!!!!!! | so your trying to rent 200bpa ground for $225 per ac? i dont blame them for not renting to you. sorry but to get their ground you are going to have to take a gamble and pay more then they can lock in profit themselves. if they can get even $175 profit at todays prices why on earth would they give up the upside potential for $225 per acre. you can buy all the equipment, seed and fertilizer you want but without land its worthless. Go out and buy some land and rent it out for $225. I always said you better be willing to rent your ground out for the price you are paying or you are just a coward crook. |
