Sounds like you might be in an area like I'm in. Landlords are pretty loyal to their tenants unless there becomes a problem. Landlords tend to tolerate quite a bit from some tenants instead of changing. You just have to get your name out there and do a good job on what you have and hopefully landlords rill take note.
