I have a degree and shiny iron, therefore I need to expand and everyone should respect me for that. Lots of guys have grown like that. Even more have gone belly up like that too and left the landlord holding the bag. Some humility, patience, and time will help you expand.
That sounds a little more harsh than I intended.
You mentioned smaller tracts that you were mot interested in. Ever give some thought to the idea that you might make a lot more on small parcels that might have much lower rent? Not to mention the doors they might open for you. |
