Great White North | I would vote for #3 if the old one is in working condition. He can take the new one when he leaves and you put the old one back in. If the old one is indeed broken price out one you would purchase to replace it, if it is less than the one he bought he can pay the difference.
I've rented for years and never would I have went out and purchased appliances or anything for that matter without talking to the landlord.
I would guess you wont have to worry about them not paying rent if they have the cash laying around to buy a dishwasher instead of wait a few days and talk to you about it | |
