West Tennessee | If I want him as a tenant then #1 as stated above. If I don't want him as a tenant then maybe #3. Danger in #3 is that he removes dishwasher with a chainsaw and leaves the water running. Don't think this hasn't happened as well.
Used to allow people to move their own washers and dryers into apartments that already had them furnished occasionally. Of course ours weren't good enough for the wives. Costs money to take out and put back in when they move so I don't like doing it. Then something happens to theirs and they (of course) can't afford to fix it so they blame something in the apartment......and naturally I get to work on a washer (or have a huge argument, take your pick) that doesn't belong to me. Oh yeah maybe their washer springs a leak and floods the apartment below. Had that happen too. How many more war stories do you want? I got more and adding some everyday. | |
