Simple 960 acres zero debt 440 acres at 1600.00 per acre lost money in the grain production for a couple years land bottomed out just under 300 per acre
440x1600= 704,000 debt lost some money farming and a bit more interest not paid ended up with about $550.00 per acre debt in a $300.00 per acre land market.
