Iowa | Ive started looking at it as we are almost heading towards a Fuedalist/Oligarchy system for farming. It's getting more and more common that people are renting more land than owning.
The inflated costs the past 5 years especially has somewhat made us as farmers deadened to the absurd costs of doing business as a farmer. I would bet that most of us spend yearly on inputs what most of the people in the small communities around us spend a lifetime on a house. | |
