That is impossible, you got to choose welfare or cattle, and you can even get welfare with cattle. Pretty hard to milk both ends of it off the same acre though. Maybe chop some insured silage and feed it with your EQIP funded feeding equipment on your EQIP funded feeding pad inside the EQIP funded fence.
