Subject: Rent Trouble

St. Paul, NE
Im curious as to how people approach land owners they want to rent from. Ive been fortunate in the fact i know alot of people, however, im to the point i need to expand and snag some new ground. Well ive Called, written letters, face to face with NO LUCK. Avg cash rent for crop land here is about $100 an acre. Ive even offered $225 for some large tracts of bottom land where the fertility is high and the RYE is in excess of 200bpa on corn and 65bpa on beans and wheat. Its like they wont let go of their land and IDK what to do.. The lands out there Just how do i break that barrier?

Any tips ?

Thanks in advance
